Business performance guru John Leach is to launch Manchester’s first sales academy. The Winning Business Academy, a joint venture with University of Manchester Incubator Company, will launch in April at One Central Park. Leach told Insider: “It’s an area of business support that is massively lacking. There are businesses with great ideas, but if you cannot sell you cannot succeed.” The venture will be rolled out across the region over 2007 and has the support of MIDAS, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Anglo Irish Bank and Baker Tilly.
