Manchester’s Winning Pitch, which advises firms and individuals on how to expand, has been signed up to help SMEs in Lancashire. Winning Pitch directors Ian Brookes and Dave Adamson will work with Community and Business Partners, a non-profit making outfit in Blackburn, to act as mentors of its Guardian Angel Entrepreneurs Network.
