Winning Pitch, the Manchester-based business training consultancy that listed on the Plus market back in December, has named Rod Aldridge, the founder of outsourcing specialist Capita, as a non-executive director. Winning Pitch managing director Ian Brookes said the company plans to take advantage of Aldridge’s connections in the education sector and become more involved in training young people in how to develop business ideas and make the most of their potential.
