TV guru joins Winnign Pitch board
Manchester-based Winning Pitch has appointed Rene Carayol, business author, speaker and star of BBC TV’s Pay Off Your Mortgage in 2 Years series, as its new non-executive chairman.
The firm, which listed on the PLUS market in December 2007, has also recruited former MP and chairman of West Midlands Enterprise, Geoff Edge, as a non-executive director.
“The combination of the experience and expertise is a formidable force. Rene and Geoff both have a very strong background both in terms of hands-on business leadership and in terms of consultancy,” said Winning Pitch CEO John Leach. “There is no doubt that we will see significant benefit from their advice.”
