John Leach

John has over 20 years experience in business development and selling. He his an experienced entrepreneur having been involved in setting up and selling a number of businesses in creative, professional services and property development areas. Heather Lomas

Heather has over 20 years experience in developing disciplined systems and internal processes, she is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of Winning Pitch, everything from corporate operations & accounts to project management & legal requirements.

Peter Gaunt

Peter has 25 years' experience of business development, sales and marketing of service and manufacturing companies. He is both a Chartered Marketer and Chartered Engineer as well as a member of the Institute of Export, working for SMEs and large corporates.

Peter is a passionate communicator with a unique style in training and consultancy, heavy on practical tools that delegates take away to use in their businesses. He runs large multi-million pound contracts and advises a wide range of organisations from DTI to UK Trade & Investment, overseas government bodies and, especially, SMEs.

Brian Dormand

Brian Dormand has nearly 20 years experience helping small companies to enter new markets, develop business overseas and to manage their growth and development. He has set up and managed several of the UK's premier company development programmes on behalf of leading business support agencies. In addition he has developed a number of workbooks and toolkits for agencies such as the DTI and UK Trade & Investment; these include "Successful Business Development: The Seven Steps" and "Overseas Joint Ventures - A Route Map"

Steve Young

Steve joined Winning Pitch in September 2007 with a special responsibility for contracts in Wales and the Midlands. Anna Targett

Anna Targett is passionate about film and documentary and thrives on the challenges that are achieved during the development of these media projects.  Anna holds a 1st class honours degree in Television and Radio Production from the University of Salford and directs and produces all of the WP tv programmes.

Kiran Idris

Kiran joined Winning Pitch in October 2007 as Team Administration Assistant, she is currently undertaking an apprenticeship in Business and Administration.

Rebecca Lambert

Becky holds a 1st class honours degree in Television and Radio Production from the University of Salford where she wrote and produced a comedy that was entered into Salford Shortznight, where it was premiered in Manchester’s Vue Cinema, London (at BAFTA HQ) and the University of New York.  As well as excelling in post production Becky develops the scripts for the current WP tv programmes.

Julie Morris

Julie joined Winning Pitch in February 2008 to take over the management of the Manchester Head Office and current administration team, providing high level support to the company directors and consultancy teams.

Anne Padget

Anne Padget has a wide understanding and a contagious enthusiasm for Personal and Business Development.  She is one of the foremost Enneagram trainers in the country, having experience with both private clients and in the context of Organisational Development in Britain and in the United States.  Her knowledge of NLP and MBTI among other development tools is extensive and she uses them with imagination and integrity.  She has a background in Dramatic and Musical Theatre and brings these insights into her unique approach with great success.

Jane Padget

Jane Padget is a highly motivated business adviser with over fifteen years experience in the human resource environment.  One of the UK’s leading trainers of NLP with a wide range of knowledge of motivational coaching and individual learning, Jane has a well honed expertise with a number of personality profiles and is one of the country’s foremost facilitators in the use of the Enneagram.  She has a reputation for personalising her training to ensure her clients feel valued whilst maintaining a high professionalism in all that she does.

Tim Smith

Tim began his career as a salesman of fmcg’s for a blue chip company in Liverpool. He has worked in the Far East as a Market Research Consultant prior to entering the world of Higher Education specialising in Marketing.

In the 1990’s Tim was a member of a team that developed the first MBA in the country for SMEs and was its first course director. He further developed his interest in small Business management at The University of Durham. Tim has held various middle and senior management posts at colleges in Greater Manchester and has always sought to keep in touch with the world of enterprise. Tim’s Experience of working with SMEs extends over three decades.

Frederic Abrard

Frederic Abrard joined Winning Pitch in May 2008 after obtaining his MBA (Distinction) from Manchester Business School. French, he began his career with a PhD in applied mathematics after which he worked in high technology, designing telecommunication systems for the French Defence industry with a strong involvement in pre-sales in addition to leading the technical teams.Passionate about business expansion, he advised early stage and blue chip firms on issues ranging from strategy to marketing and management.His activities include expanding Winning Pitch's current offering to reach high profile pre and post investment start-up companies in parallel with a range of finely tuned business support strategies supportive of the VC community.

Simon Bailey

Simon has joined us to head up our Sales Talent Development business. For 20 years, he has designed and delivered learning and development programmes that have achieved amazing corporate results and personal success in some of our biggest blue-chip companies – like Norwich Union, Virgin and Royal Bank of Scotland Group. His achievements were recognised when he was awarded the accolade of Sales Trainer of the Year at the 2006 United Kingdom National Sales Awards.
