Employee Share Subscription and Issue of Share Options

Winning Pitch plc has issued 90,572 shares to several members of staff for a total consideration of £38,946. The funds raised will be used to meet working capital needs.

Following the issue the Company now has 5,220,572 shares in issue of which the Directors are interested in 95.77%.

In addition, options over 175,000 at 45p have been awarded to employees and Directors

Winning Pitch plc - 4 June 2008 - For immediate release

Winning Pitch plc has informed shareholders that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Company’s offices, One Central Park, Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5WW on 25 June 2008 at 10.30 a.m.

The meeting is to consider and adopt amendments to the Articles of Association, to take into account changes in company law introduced by the Companies Act 2006, as set out in the notice of the meeting.

Winning Pitch plc - 26 March 2008

René Carayol, non-executive Chairman of Winning Pitch plc, will today report a positive start to the current financial year at its AGM.

‘The company continues to perform in line with the expectations of the board, established at the time of our PLUS Market listing in December last year. We continue to win new contracts in existing and new customers at a rate to meet our growth aspirations. We successfully concluded our first acquisition in January, and see further opportunities to achieve step-change growth in the business in this manner.

Alongside this, we are implementing plans to scale our capability, expanding the geographic coverage and building depth and breadth in our service offering to support the UK enterprise agenda. We are recruiting individuals who bring complementary skills and experience to the team. We look forward to the remainder of the year with confidence and firmly believe that we can achieve significant investment returns for our shareholders over the medium term.

I am also delighted to announce that Rod Aldridge, the founder of Capita Group, will be joining the board as a non-executive director in the near future, as we establish a strategic partnership with The Aldridge Foundation. The Foundation is primarily focused on educational underachievement and social exclusion on the young. One of the first projects we will be supporting is The Darwen Aldridge Community Academy. The specialism of the Academy is entrepreneurship, and Winning Pitch will provide innovative curriculum content and delivery to secure both 11 to 18 year old engagement and community wide success, with The Academy at the heart of a localised regeneration programme’.

As announced at the time of its PLUS Market admission, Winning Pitch is about to commence an equity fund raising to provide finance for acquisitions and organic growth.

Maiden Interim Results for the six months to 28 March 2008 will be issued on 21 May 2008.
