John Leach

John Leach BSc, Chief Executive Officer

John, 42, holds a degree in Chemistry and has 20 years experience in delivering personal

and business improvement services to organisations ranging from start-ups through to global

corporations. He is a prominent adviser to leading public sector business support

organisations tasked with developing economic, enterprise and entrepreneurial initiatives.

He is a recognised expert in the field of entrepreneurial development and published his book

Pitch Perfect – Feel The Impact of a Winning Sales Approach in 2003.

Prior to founding Winning Pitch, he served as Business Development Director of Strategem,

a management consultancy, for 10 years. He founded Winning Pitch in response to the

paucity of entrepreneurial selling skills he identified within many companies. In August 2006

he established the first Winning Business Academy™ in Manchester.

His skills and expertise encompass personal excellence and motivation, entrepreneurial

growth, sales skills improvement, strategy and innovation. Throughout his career he has

designed and produced a number of management tools that have application in both

personal and company development. His passion focuses on building high performing

individuals and companies.
