1. Insights from Individuals
We carry out research with the individuals that run their businesses tounderstand the challenges they face - the personal challenges faced byentrepreneurs and business managers are often among the most prominentbarriers to any business growth.
2. Insight from Businesses
We collect and analyse data from businesses, their practices andprocesses and the sectors they operate in, to derive insights regardingtheir overall barriers to growth and sustainability.
3. Support Offerings
Our fundamental understanding of the SME mindset means that we are thenable to use the insights derived in stages 1 and 2 to recommend whatspecific offerings and support should be provided to these aspirationalgrowth businesses.
4. Delivery Mechanisms Delivering support and services to SMEs must be done through thecorrect channels if it is to be effective. Our research will recommendon the right (sustainable) framework for these interventions to takeplace.
Our Techniques
We use a combination of: desk based research; online research surveys;telephone interviews; one to one interviews; focus groups; dataanalysis/data synthesis/geographical analysis as well as othertechniques to ensure that our clients get the maximum return on theirinvestment. Which technique depends on the project and outcomesrequired.
