"The team at Crimson Publishing commissioned Success Factor in September 2009 – it took some 5 months to write including working every weekend and evening for that length of time. Anyone that knows me will have recognised that I carry with me a small black Moleskine notebook – everywhere I go. This stems from my days studying chemistry at Manchester University – your lab book went everywhere you went.
