Introducing a structured approach to winning business is vital. Every business will have a road map that takes them to their customer destination.

Ask the question – What is my road map? Don’t use marketing as an excuse not to sell! Sometimes it is easier to write a piece for the website than knock on a door or ask for an order – focus on the must haves and not the nice to haves and you will rapidly experience more effective return on your time and energy.
